All About Me by Olivia

Olivia's Mini Biography

My name is Olivia. I’m going to tell you a little about myself. I’m a strong, flexible, and happy person. I love a laugh, and like to have fun, especially with my friends, but I also like a challenge. My favorite subjects in school, are math and writing. I like math because it’s one of my strong subjects, and I think that it’s kind of fun to learn, so I can practice all the different strategies for all the different subjects in math. I like writing, because I like to express my creativity, with a piece of paper, and a pencil. Also, all the tips and strategies for writing I think are really helpful, and have made my writing a lot better.

      Now, I’m going to tell you about my life. Gymnastics is my favorite thing to do. I LOVE it. I’m on a team, and love to do competitions. I do gymnastics all the time at my house, and wish I practice more at the gym. I also like dance. I take modern lyrical, which is like ballet, but loose and flowy. I’ve also been to lots of cool places, like Italy, France, England, Spain, and Mexico. I’ve gone to England though, more than five times! 

      Next, about my family. I have an older sister, Sarah, (who had Mr. Allen) and is now a freshman in high school. Then there’s my mom, dad, two cats, and a hamster.  I’m going to tell you a funny story with my family. We were in Rome, in a square called, Campo de Fiori, and had just finished our gelato. We were watching these glowing mini rockets soar up in the air, and then come down with barely any direction, so it could hit someone, but it was slowly coming down so it wouldn’t hurt you if one fell on you. All these people bought them, and there were many flying in the air. Then, a street vender comes up to us, and says to me, “try it out” in an Italian accent. He hands me one glowing mini rocket, and I take the rubber elastic, and say, “I don’t know how to” then, he shows me how, and I finally get it. It soars through the air, and then lands in the middle of a table in a restaurant, that two people were sitting at, but they laughed. My family did too. Then the street vender finally walked away, and he was smiling too. 

Olivia's Predictions

In ten years, I will be training for 2024 Olympics for gymnastics. I will be 21, and when I go to the Olympics, 22. I don’t know if I will win the gold, silver, or bronze medal, but I will make it. I will love it, because it’ll be so fun. It will take place in Spain, but I don’t know what city. My team will do great too. Maybe I will become famous for it. And I’ll earn money, by doing advertising, or going on tours with my team. 

In ten years, I think my friend Lauren, will be a baker. She’ll be a really good one too. She’ll open a bakery. She’ll make not only cupcakes, but other pastries too. It will be called Lauren’s creamy cupcakes. Her desserts will be so good. Then she can have her bakery to be wherever she wants it to be. I will visit her bakery too sometimes. 

In ten years, my friend Chelsea, (CC) will be a fashion designer who always knows what she’s talking about. She’ll be working with celebrities. Some of her clothes will be nice clothes that you can wear in public. Then some clothes are clothes that only models can wear on a runway, or only celebrities can wear on stage. She will create the best and most creative clothes you’ve ever seen.

In ten years my friend Daniel, will be an actor. The reason he would be interested in acting, would be because of Mr. Allen’s plays. It would be something he loved to do. He would audition for a lot of plays, and get roles. He will be in a Broadway show, but I don’t know which one.

In 20 years, I’ll be retired from gymnastics. But I will write books about what it’s like to do gymnastics, and be in the Olympics. So I can also be an author. And that’s great because I love to write. My books will be interesting to read. They’ll be realistic fiction. And I will have a series. There will be five books in my series. I will also have fun writing them too.   

In 20 years, my friend Lauren will still have her bakery, but it will get more employees. So then they can make lots more pastries. And their cupcakes will have so many cool designs. They’ll also have more flavors of cupcake and frosting. Her cupcakes will be really unique cupcakes that everyone wants. They’ll taste so good too.

In 20 years, my friend CC will still do fashion, but now have an article in a magazine, a fashion magazine. but she gets to choose which one. It will be about her and her clothes. Also, it will be about how she gets her ideas for her clothes because everybody wants to  know. There’s a lot of new celebrities too that she makes clothes for.

In 20 years, my friend Daniel will still be acting. Then, he’ll be on the show survivor. He’ll have a really good experience, and will be on the show for a pretty long time. He also might win. It will take place on an island in the Caribbean. His team will win a lot of challenges.
