Slam went the door; I was scared as a deer running across the highway. And excited as a little girl on Christmas morning. I had never done archery before. I had to walk over and get a bow. Next I had to learn how to hold the bow, and place the arrow. Finally I pulled back the bouncy band, and released. It slid through the grass like a plane landing on the cement runway. I did not give up. I tried again; it hit the target like a fist hitting a punching bag! Once I kept hitting it. So I thought to myself ‘Want to try something harder’. So I aimed for a fake foam turkey.

   I pulled back the bouncy band Again; it slid through the grass once again. It did not bring me down. But finally I hit it! Then I knew this would be a new hobby.

This essay is going to tell you about why dolphins make clicking noises. Have you ever wondered, is it just a special thing they can do with their vocal cords? Does the water do anything to help them? Read on to find out why they do  it and how do they do it. Plus some fun facts on dolphins too.  

Why do dolphins make clicking noises? Well, they use a kind of sonar called echolocation. Echolocation is when a dolphin makes a clicking noise it sends thorough the water.  And it (bounces off another animal or object) and lets them know how far away the object is from them. Also when it comes back to them, they get a vibration from the echolocation through the water. Also here are more things it tells them or helps them. 

 One of the reasons is to help them navigate through the ocean to see were there friends are or where there pray is. Another reason is they can find food. Also when they make the clicking noise and it comes back to them, and they get a little vibrate. Also they use it to find their food too.

I hope this essay teaches you that dolphins make clicking noises for a good reason. And they use echolocation to help them navigate and find food. And it’s not something special they can do in the water with their vocal cords.

Have you ever been board in gym class, well if you did not know girls do not like it here are some reasons why. Gym should be more girl friendly with more sports girls will like because we do the same sports over and over again .For example  we di soccer then we did soccer  for four weeks straight, it would not be fun  to girls  that we do sports over and over again  

Gym class should be more girl friendly with more sports girls like because girls confidence level will go down when they do sports they do not like over and over again. Because one time my mom asked me if I wanted to try out for a basketball team.  Said no because I am stink at that no way. That meant my confidence level went down.

Gym class should be more girl friendly with more sports girls like because that does not get a chance to be athletic. Why because they do not like the sports we do like .soccer, basketball, hockey and kickball. And if girls think they are not athletic that might say I stink at sports like I did so they never try out for a team like me. I want to be athletic because I do like to play hockey, but I do not know how to skate. I really want to be athletic but also in gym boy take it away from girls too. I also am a gymnast and in gymnastics you have to be strong and flexible. So maybe in gym we can do that so then other kids can too.

Gym class should be more girls friendly with more sports that girls like because girls might worry about their weight, and then they think gym class I can lose some. But they will not because they sit out in gym class. So they are really just gaining weight. Even though they gym teacher teaches about exercise some girls do not listen because girls think gym class is boring so they will think that is boring too.

Boom went the floor.  I just finished taking a refreshing drink. That’s all you could hear, as silent as a forest at night.’ Come on girls,’ coach said   with a loud voice pointing at the beams. My feet hit the beam ready to go. The beams are soft and tan and look frightening too.

 I decide to go on the low one to try to land my round off and dismount too. Then I look at the vault and see the other girls that are way better than me at gymnastics and there on level 10, 9, 8 too. The gym silent make it more intense than ever. I felt the walls caving in, I did it.

 The girls on the vault glance at me and smile. My face was getting red. I think I can look up to them as a gymnast someday.       

The warm colors of the sun set are hitting my four head. I look at the attractive ocean it  makes my eyes get memorized. My feet hit the plush sand on my toes. You can barley see the city ,very  gigantic buildings, and  the pink and orange sun hitting the water. .shimmering water so pretty I could watch in the sun go down and go up. that’s why I love the to look at the sunset in a small red beach chair looking at the birds flying low for just something to eat on the soft but plush sand . Wanting to go in the water even though its ice cold with the roaring   waves splashing just a little bit on to the plush sand making it damp my feet hitting the soft sand making me want to dive In Just taking long walks makes me relaxed . The pink and orange   and yellow mix together like cake mix in a bowl with the mixer. 

One night I was studying for a math test. My mom was blabbing out “234 +93 =    ?” “Mom” I said “I am done I have to go read.” “Ok fine Lauren you can go read”. I stomped up the stairs like an angry elephant. Suddenly,   I could not   focus on my book. So I went to bed. My eyes were wide awake because I was nervous so I ran down the stairs almost falling and went to my mom. Mom I said want to study? No Lauren go to bed you have a test tomorrow. That’s why I am down I am so nervous. Lauren you worry about ever thing you will do fine go to bed. I admit I worry about everything. So I went to bed and finely went to sleep. Lauren it’s time to wake up .So I told my mom about the dream I had it was about the test. I got a 99 that’s good said my mom. One my way down the stairs I bumped into my cat Beaumont he is cutie to. HI I said he said hi back with a rub on my knees.  He said if you give me a treat I will give you a wish deal. Like what I said? You are having a test right Yeh. I will give you a 98. No way had I said you’re so crazy that’s cheating. By the way my cat can come to school with me and talk. S then I got ready to go and in the car. Bye Lauren I love you. Love you too. Don’t worry. So then I wanted to study more so than my robot helped me study. Then I went in and took the test. My hands were sweaty but I handed in the test and I felt good.
