Ivan & Ruby by Marisabel

I’m going to be comparing and contrasting from a book named The one and only Ivan --a gorilla named Ivan and a elephant named Ruby. Ruby is a baby elephant Ivan is an adult. Now I’m going to compare them and contrast them. For example Ivan beats his chest Ruby doesn’t do that but she drinks with her trunk. Here are some things in common about them. They both like stories, like each other and they like playing together.  Now here are things that I’m going to contrast them. Ivan is a Adult. Ruby is a baby. Ruby doesn’t know much but Ivan knows things --she always ask Ivan what those are. More people like Ruby the most because she’s a baby. People don’t really like Ivan that much. Ivan walks with his hands but Ruby doesn’t. Ivan kind of looks like humans but Ruby doesn’t. Ruby’s fingers are in the tip of her trunk. But Ivan fingers are where there are supposed to be. Ivan came to the mall first but Ruby came second. Next there’s one more thing in common they like hanging out together.  Ruby doesn’t look like a human only Ivan. Ivan is the one and only Ivan because he the only Ivan. Ruby is a baby that is cute. Ruby feet are round but Ivan has normal feet like they are supposed to be. So this is my comparing and contrasting essay I wrote.
