Madeleine & Lulu by Samantha

     There are many ways that Madeleine Masterson and Lulu Punchalower are different and have very little similarities between them. From the book School Of Fear.

    There are so many differences between Lulu and Madeleine. For example, Madeleine dresses very dark, for example, imagine it like a day of the new moon coming in, nothing but darkness filling in the night sky, nothing but a dark night. However, Lulu dresses very bright, like a happy kid on a bright,  sunny, spiritual day. Well I guess opposites really DO attract. Because Lulu is terrible she is a bully to everybody in her school. Speaking of sad or happy and mean or nice, Madeleine is actually nicer than Lulu is. But, she really likes to stay in the big crowd and never gets noticed a lot, it is because she is very shy. But, Lulu is obviously very antagonizing to people , like a bully and likes the center of attention, always speaks her mind and wants be popular or very noticeable ( like I said before).  Madeleine has a fear of bugs and insects (including spiders) . And Lulu is afraid of confined spaces/ very small space . And Lulu is very claustrophobic depending on where she is. Here are some similarities: Both, have fears and now go to the same summer school (School Of Fear) and want meet or see other people that go there and to see what they’re like. They are also nervous about how the school looks and how the staff there could be mean or grumpy. Basically, Lulus’ character is about how she likes the center of attention and the reason she is a bully is because since she has fears of confined spaces, she wants to make other people feel bad and have their own fears. Madeleines’ character expresses on how she wants to be her own person and since she has a huge fear of bugs, insects, and spiders she knows that her mom is just trying to get her to get over her fears. Madeleine will soon get over her fears after going to this school/camp (School Of Fear).

   As you can see, there are many differences between Madeleine Masterson and Lulu Punchalower. And both of their characters are very different from each other and have very little similarities. Both characters could become friends when they meet up at School Of Fear. We never know, read the book to find out. I have, and it will blow your mind. The book School Of Fear is really good. Anyway, Madeleine and Lulu from the book School Of Fear, are very different and a little the same between each other, find out more by reading the book, School Of Fear. I chose to do this paragraph because it is my favorite book and that Madeleine and Lulu are my most favorite characters form School Of Fear.
